Description : The movie revolves around a small village named Solaiyur and a dam that acts as its lifeline. The MPof the village, Nagabooshan ( Jagapati Babu) has plans to destabilize the dam for his own selfish motives. A Government official who tested the dam's strength certifies that it has a very long life. Nagabhushanam kills the official who before dying, warns the village head to reopen the Temple to save the dam. Thus he decides to reopen the Temple which should be done by the legal heir of the dam's engineer Raja Lingeswaran ( Rajnikanth).
